By accessing or using Bio DNA Lab services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Bio DNA Lab provides diagnostic testing services including but not limited to blood tests, health packages, and home sample collection. Our services are intended for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and health information
  • Follow pre-test instructions (fasting requirements, etc.)
  • Be present at the scheduled time for sample collection
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Booking and Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before sample collection for a full refund. Cancellation requests after sample collection will be processed according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to reschedule collections due to operational constraints.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including cards, UPI, and net banking.

6. Test Results and Reports

Test reports are delivered digitally within the specified turnaround time. While we strive for accuracy, test results should be interpreted by qualified healthcare professionals. We are not liable for medical decisions made based on our reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bio DNA Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Bio DNA Lab and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
