By creating an account or placing an order on biodnalab.com you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you book on behalf of a family member you confirm you are authorised to share their details.
BIO DNA LAB provides sample collection, logistics and report delivery. Laboratory analysis is performed at NABL accredited partner labs, which are named on each report. We are not a hospital and do not provide emergency care.
Reports are for the information of you and your treating doctor. A flagged value is not a diagnosis; clinical decisions must be made by a registered medical practitioner.
A booking is confirmed once payment (or pay-on-collection selection) is complete and a confirmation is sent. Slots are subject to phlebotomist availability; if we cannot honour a slot we will offer the next available one or a full refund.
Please ensure the patient is present, has followed preparation instructions and carries a valid ID. Repeated no-shows may lead to a cancellation fee.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Home collection is free. Promotional codes have stated conditions and cannot be combined.
Payment is collected at the time of sample collection unless an online payment option is offered at checkout, in which case that provider’s terms apply. We do not store card or UPI credentials.
Occasionally a sample cannot be processed (haemolysis, clotting, insufficient volume). We will recollect at no charge. If a recollection is declined, the affected tests are refunded.
Turnaround times are estimates and may extend for specialised tests or during high demand. Amended reports supersede earlier versions and are clearly marked.
Critical values are communicated by phone to the number on the order in addition to the standard channels.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
To the extent permitted by law, BIO DNA LAB’s liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-forum rights you may have.
