We built BIO DNA LAB around three promises: a home collection by a trained sample collector (phlebotomist), samples that reach the analyser in the freshest possible state, and reports a clinician has actually reviewed before you see them.
BIO DNA LAB began as a small collection centre serving clinics around Koramangala. Doctors kept asking for the same thing — faster turnaround and results they could trust without re-testing.
Today we run a trained phlebotomy team across Bengaluru, a cold-chain courier network and partnerships with NABL accredited partner labs for every discipline from routine haematology to molecular genetics.
Every sample carries a barcode from the moment it is drawn. Chain-of-custody, transit temperature and analyser QC data are logged and retained with your report.
BIO DNA LAB is not itself NABL accredited; all testing is performed at NABL accredited partner labs that participate in external quality assurance programmes. We name the performing laboratory on every report.
