Cancellation Before Sample Collection
If you cancel your order before the phlebotomist arrives for sample collection, you will receive a 100% refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation After Sample Collection
Once the sample has been collected, cancellations are not possible as the sample is already in processing. In exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Failed Sample Collection
If our phlebotomist is unable to collect the sample due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., difficulty in finding veins), you may choose to:
- Reschedule the collection at no additional cost
- Request a full refund
Test Not Performed
If a specific test in your order cannot be performed due to technical issues or sample quality, you will receive a refund for that particular test. The refund will be credited within 5-7 business days.
