More than 2 hours before the slot: cancel free of charge from Account → Orders or via WhatsApp. Full refund.
Within 2 hours of the slot, before the phlebotomist arrives: full refund on the first occurrence; a nominal visit fee may apply thereafter.
After the sample has been collected: the order cannot be cancelled. If a test cannot be performed for any reason attributable to us, that test is refunded in full.
Reschedule as many times as you like up to 2 hours before the slot at no cost. Slots are subject to availability.
If we cannot honour your slot (phlebotomist unavailability, weather, sample-transport disruption), we will offer the next available slot or a full refund — your choice.
Refunds go to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for collection-time payments) and typically reflect within 5–7 working days; banks may take up to 10 working days. Pay-on-collection orders that were not collected have nothing to refund.
Promotional discounts are reversed proportionally when part of an order is refunded.
If you believe a result is erroneous, contact us within 7 days of the report. We will review with the performing laboratory and, where a laboratory error is confirmed, retest free of charge or refund the test.
